Leduc Brewing Company

  • For our first experiment in Raw Ales we brewed a Pacific Northwest style Red Ale that uses Munich and Crystal Malts for sweetness and deep red colour. Notes of caramel, toffee, and toast are prevalent, balanced with Simcoe, locally grown Hound Dog Hop Farms Cascade hops, and the fruity El Dorado variety. The result is a pleasant malty treat balanced with stone fruit, citrus, and piney aromas.
